Custom Art Terms & Conditions

Custom Artwork is made using the image or design you provide. These terms explain how the service works and what to expect when placing a custom artwork order with LEMY CLUB LLP.
By uploading an image or placing a Custom Artwork order with LEMY CLUB LLP, you agree to these terms.
- HOW WE PREPARE YOUR ARTWORK
To create your artwork, we may make reasonable adjustments to your image so that it works with the size and format you select. This may include resizing, cropping, repositioning, adjusting brightness or colour, sharpening, formatting, or other minor technical adjustments needed for printing.
If your image has a different shape from the artwork size you select, some cropping or adjustment may be necessary.
- IMAGE QUALITY
For the best result, please upload the highest-quality image you have.
Very small, blurry, pixelated, heavily compressed, or distorted images may not print as sharply as expected. We always aim to produce the best possible result from the file provided, but the quality of the final artwork will depend partly on the quality of the original image.
- COLOUR AND SCREEN DIFFERENCES
Your finished artwork may look slightly different from the image you see on your phone or computer.
This is normal with physical printing because screens, lighting, inks, materials, and printing processes can reproduce colours differently.
Small differences in colour, brightness, contrast, texture, or sharpness do not necessarily mean there is a problem with the artwork.
- PREVIEWS
If we provide a preview before production, please check it carefully for cropping, positioning, and overall appearance.
Once you approve the preview, we will proceed with production based on the approved version. Minor differences may still occur during physical production.
- CUSTOM ORDERS
Because Custom Artwork is made specifically for you, it may not be possible to cancel an order once production has started.
Please review your image and order details carefully before placing your order.
Any cancellation, refund, replacement, or other remedy will be handled according to our Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer rights.
- YOUR IMAGE AND PRIVACY
We use your uploaded image to create and fulfil your order.
Your image may be accessed by the LEMY CLUB LLP team and trusted partners involved in printing, manufacturing, technology, storage, delivery, or customer support where necessary to provide the service.
We do not publicly display your uploaded image simply because you use our Custom Artwork Service.
Uploaded files may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to process your order, provide support, resolve issues, or meet our legal and business requirements. We recommend keeping your own copy of any original file you upload.
- YOUR IMAGE RIGHTS
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use and reproduce the image or content you upload.
If the image belongs to another person or organisation, you are responsible for obtaining any permission or licence required to have it reproduced as a Custom Artwork.
LEMY CLUB LLP does not verify ownership, copyright, licensing, or other rights relating to uploaded images. Uploading an image does not mean that LEMY CLUB LLP has confirmed that you have the right to use it.
You remain solely responsible for the image and for ensuring that its use does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, design, or other rights of another person or organisation.
If any person or organisation raises a claim, complaint, or dispute relating to an image you have uploaded, you are responsible for addressing that matter and any resulting costs, losses, or liabilities arising from your lack of the necessary rights or permissions.
LEMY CLUB LLP will not be responsible for determining who owns an uploaded image or whether you have the necessary rights to reproduce it.
- CONTENT WE CAN’T PRINT
We want LEMY CLUB LLP to be a safe and comfortable place for everyone. We may therefore decline to print content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, threatening, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate.
We may also decline images where there are reasonable concerns about copyright, privacy, or other third-party rights.
We are not required to review every image or determine whether an image is legally permitted to be reproduced.
If we are unable to process your image, we will let you know and, where applicable, provide a refund in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
By uploading an image, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to have that image reproduced.
You are responsible for any claims, complaints, or disputes arising from the content you submit, including claims relating to copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LEMY CLUB LLP will not be responsible for claims arising from your failure to obtain the necessary rights or permissions for the image you submit.
You agree to reasonably cooperate with LEMY CLUB LLP if a third party raises a claim relating to content you have submitted.
- CHANGES TO THE SERVICE
We may occasionally update or make changes to the Custom Artwork Service to improve how it works.
While we do our best to keep the service running smoothly, technical issues or circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect availability or production.
- APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Nothing in these Terms affects any rights or protections that you are entitled to under applicable consumer law.
- CUSTOMER CONFIRMATION
By uploading an image or placing a Custom Artwork order, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use and reproduce the image.
You understand that LEMY CLUB LLP does not verify ownership or copyright permissions for uploaded images and that you are responsible for any claims or disputes relating to the image you submit.
You also understand that your image may be resized, cropped, or otherwise adjusted to create your selected artwork, and that the final physical artwork may have minor differences in colour and appearance from the image displayed on your screen.
