COMFORT ZONE

It’s comfortable to stay home, lay back, and doomscroll Instagram all day. It’s comfortable to eat constantly and not exercise. It's comfortable to complain instead of taking action. 

It'll be far less comfortable to become unhealthy, be poor, be unhappy, and die an early death. 

You have to do uncomfortable things to be long term comfortable.
